CMTA: Event Planning, Awareness Week

 

 

OVERVIEW

GatesmanMarmion+Dave, Inc. identified the challenges facing the CMTA as lack of awareness among donors, the medical community and the news media about the disease; in addition to the organization's efforts to support research to find a cure. To address the challenges at hand, the agency worked with the CMTA to plan the most significant fundraiser in the organization's history. As the CMTA works toward finding a cure for CMT, donations and awareness prove to be a critical component to the everyday strides that the organization takes to provide improved treatments for CMT. To generate continued awareness and top funds from the 2009 gala, the CMTA charged GatesmanMarmion+Dave with planning the Third Annual Honor a Star. Be a Star Gala. The event was held on June 3, 2010 in New York City.
